**Job Requirements**:
- Qualification: BBA/MBA HRM
- 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with API knowledge in Oilfield industry.
- Must have Recruitment experience in Oil & Gas / Oilfield Services industry.
- Must be excellent with MS office & Power Point
- Must have knowledge of standard hiring practices, recruitment metrics, interview techniques, and management systems and approaches.
- Must have considerable knowledge of UAE labour law required, skill in planning, directing and administering human resources programs and systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring applicants, including managerial and professional roles; collaborate with department heads.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirement.
- Considerable knowledge of current trends and practices of people administration, knowledge of employee classification, compensation and benefits, recruitment, selection, training, and labour relations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
