**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive

**Location**: Dubai

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Interaction**:

- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

2. **Problem Resolution**:

- Identify and address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve complex issues.
- Escalate issues to higher management when necessary, while ensuring proper follow-up.

3. **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Stay updated on product/service updates and changes.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate reports on customer service metrics and performance as needed.

5. **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.

6. **Customer Feedback**:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of customer service strategies based on feedback and insights.

7. **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Share best practices and support team goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Dubai (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
