Office Assistant and Domestic Caretaker

**Responsibilities**:
**Office Cleaning**:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, and kitchen areas.
- Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials.
**Managing Director's Residence**:
- Execute thorough cleaning of the Managing Director's house according to established standards.
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and bathroom areas.
- Laundering and changing bed linens.
- Assisting with organizing and decluttering spaces as needed.
**Cooking**:
- Prepare one nutritious meal per day for the Managing Director, adhering to dietary preferences and any specified recipes.
- Plan menus, shop for ingredients, and ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards during food preparation and storage.
- Accommodate special dietary requirements or requests as directed.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in office cleaning and domestic caretaking roles preferred.
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Respect for privacy and confidentiality regarding household matters.
