**Job Summary**:
The ELV Supervisor will oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of extra low voltage systems, such as security, surveillance, fire alarm systems, audio-video systems, and network infrastructure, for various projects and clients. This role involves leading a team of technicians and ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. A valid UAE driving license is required as part of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day activities of the ELV/IT team, ensuring high levels of performance and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ELV systems including CCTV, fire alarms, access control, and intercom systems.
- Review and verify project plans, specifications, and scope of work for ELV systems.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality and safety of installations and repairs.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure effective communication and smooth execution of projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members and clients as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during project execution.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to build a skilled team.
- Prepare reports on project progress, site status, and any issues or challenges encountered.
- Manage inventory and ensure tools and equipment are in working order.
- Drive to multiple sites across Dubai for project execution and team support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an ELV Supervisor, with a strong understanding of ELV systems and technologies.
- Solid experience in managing teams and project timelines.
- Proficient knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarms, public address systems, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- A valid UAE driving license is a must for travel between project sites.
- Experience in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in electrical or IT engineering is a plus.
