New startup at crypto world. This is brand new and unique product which will be developed soon to a crypto market, will turn understanding of crypto world and will write a new story.

We are looking for a **skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst** to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will **play a vital role in analyzing and understanding business** requirements, processes, and systems to support the successful implementation of projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, gather and document requirements, perform data analysis, and provide insights and recommendations to drive business improvements. **Your analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills will be key to your success in this role**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business data, providing insights to influence strategic decisions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas where our companycan provide value for your customers and enhance efficiency. Map out current and future-state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Analyze transaction data and blockchain analytics to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to DeFi platforms. Generate reports and visualizations to provide stakeholders with actionable information and support data-driven decision-making.
- Create and maintain data in data warehouse, create dashboards that provide detailed insights into marketing, website, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with developers to implement Firebase and Adjust event tracking on apps, and create attribution models and website traffic reports on Google Analytics.
- Propose and implement data-driven solutions to improve campaign efficiencies and sales performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, standards, and best practices in the blockchain industry. Conduct research on emerging technologies, use cases, and regulatory developments to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math or Engineering or Economics and Finance
- 4+ years in Data Analyst position or otherwise in projects involving big data
- Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse
- Must be data savvy and love crunching numbers
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills in order to extract insights andrecommendations
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
