Iata Trainer

We are a leading training institute dedicated to providing high-quality education and training programs to aviation professionals based in Dubai. We are seeking a passionate and experienced **IATA Programs Trainer (Part-Time)** to join our team and contribute to the development of the next generation of aviation experts

As an IATA Programs Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering IATA training programs to aspiring aviation professionals. Your role will include:

- Conducting training sessions in accordance with IATA standards and guidelines.
- Developing and updating training materials to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Assessing and evaluating trainees’ performance and providing constructive feedback.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and incorporating them into training programs.
- Collaborating with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive training experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree
- Completed the Train the Trainer Certification

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in delivering training with prior experience in virtual/live classroom environments
- Strong foundation in delivering training content.
- Strong foundation in instructional design.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn, use virtual classroom platforms, and become independent in the delivery.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Comfortable juggling between various software and online platforms.
- Comfortable to help students overcome technical issues.
- Effective communication skills and online presence
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in instructional techniques.
- Ability to work with a multicultural audience.
- Knowledge of IATA standards and regulations
