Looking for an experienced Estimation Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team. As a key member of the company, the Estimation Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our clients' projects, leading proposal efforts, and managing the estimation team.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for civil engineering projects
Lead the proposal effort and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals
Collaborate with design teams to develop construction means and methods
Manage the estimation team and ensure their adherence to company estimating processes and procedures
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements related to construction cost estimating
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction cost estimating, with at least 5 years in a management role
Excellent understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in cost estimating software and MS Office
