We are urgently hiring Joinery Industry experienced **Post Contract -** **Quantity Surveyor (QS)** part of our growing team and will be providing all necessary assistance to the Project team with respect to all Quantity Surveying and Contractual aspects of the project.

Reporting to Commercial Head, he/she will assist in the overall cost and Commercial Post Contract management of group of projects, not limited to the jobs listed below

**Job List**:

- Responsible for overseeing all Post Contract Commercial issues of group of projects and cost controls
- Capable of handling multiple projects at the same time.
- Submission of Interim Valuations to client and follow-up for certifications
- Monitor change value management and submission of Variations to Client, negotiations and follow-up independently.
- Preparing and submission of notices for EOT and Variations Client / Consultants.
- Study of scope, BOQ, Specifications and advice clarifications to the team as required.
- Provide assistance to Procurement on Vendor finalization, Work orders, Purchase Orders
- Preparing and submission of Sub Contractor’s IPCs.
- Generate cash flow statements, track and update ,monitoring the project budget and allocations
- Extensive skills in negotiation and handle client or sub-contractor meetings.
- Follow-up on MIR / IR with Site team
- Submission and close out on Final Account and SOA of client / Sub-contractor
- Draft letters for Cost and Commercial Issues.

**Job Profile**
- Required 5-7 years experience in a similar role in Joinery Industry in UAE/Middle East.
- Knowledge of MS office, Plan Swift and ACAD
- Sound Technical Knowledge of Joinery specific Fit out industry
- Negotiation skills and Client facing skills
- Hold valid UAE Drivers License
- Immediate start preferred.
