**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Public Relations officer (PRO) at Synergy University Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions and documentations related to visas, permits, licenses, registration of students and employees by liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies for business approvals, implementation of government mandates, and license renewal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively work with Students and internal employees on visa processing, renewal and other HR related documentations
- Collect and give regular updates on all labor and immigration standards from the government offices to keep the HR office well informed for any changes in procedures and rules
- Assure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up on official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations
- Basis the requirement, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments
- Submit, follow-up and gather all work, business and student visa related documents to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time
- Assist in other HR tasks including medical insurance, NOC letters for students / employees, HR reports, front desk, etc
- Provide information, and support the HR department by making recommendations on best practices in order to make the process of getting permits faster and efficient
- Manage communication with clients, students and employees (Junior to senior level)
- Respond/deal promptly and productively on general enquiries about PRO functions
- Perform any other tasks as per business needs/assigned by supervisor

**We are ready to work with you if you have**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage and support students/employees from diverse backgrounds.
- Solid knowledge of Immigration rules and updated regulations, and hands-on experience of using Immigration online system and issuing all kinds of visas.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a PRO or similar role within UAE
- Strong background of The UAE Labor law.
- Knowledge of university admission processes, student support services, and international student issues, employment visa process (preferred).
- Proficiency in English (required) and additional languages (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

**Experience**:

- Public Relations: 2 years (required)
- Visa Processing/Applications: 2 years (required)

**Language**:
