Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and gathering appropriate signatures
- Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies.
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
- Providing support during audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Assisting with tax filings and ensuring timely payment.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assisting with financial analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Should be able to maintain Project Cost Centre wise Accounting accurately
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the accounting field.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP).
- Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
