Chocolatier

We are looking for a passionate & creative Chocolate designer to join our Team.

Job Responsibilities:
A Chocolate Designer is a professional in the dessert industry who builds and decorates items with chocolate. Must have extensive experience and skills, typically working with different types of chocolate and using technical methods to manipulate it into different shapes and textures.
- Using specific ingredients and equipment to produce chocolate
- Pouring chocolate into molds to create shapes and designs
- Creating chocolate decorations for desserts like cakes, pies, and pastries
- Tempering chocolate so it has a specific texture
- Sculpting chocolate by hand into large designs and structures
- Flavoring chocolate with various ingredients
- Designing molds to use for custom chocolate projects
- Making centerpieces and other larger structures out of chocolate
- Storing chocolate at the appropriate temperatures
- Ensuring that all chocolate work adheres to food safety regulations

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: planning to relocate before starting work (required)
