**Job Description**:
Are you a qualified finance professional looking for a new opportunity? We are currently looking for a
_Manager, Supply Chain Finance, Middle East, India and Türkiye_

As the Finance Manager, you will be entrusted to oversee the Supply Chain Finance portfolio for the Middle East, India and Turkey. This includes decision support for the Director, Supply Chain, Global Supply Chain, and the IMETA Finance team around feasibility studies, process improvement, and supply chain activities. To coordinate and manage the supply chain budget, forecast, and business performance insights as well as insight on key initiatives to drive efficiencies, and increase profitability.

Key Accountabilities
- Managing and leading the supply chain finance function within the region to support the formulation and execution of supply chain strategic decisions.
- Business Partnering with each of the regional Finance Business Partners to provide input, insight and analysis on MENA, India & Türkiye Supply Chain, and align on coordination of Supply Chain deliverables.
- Providing strategic and operational decision-making guidance to the Supply Chain Leadership Team from a finance perspective, through feasibility studies, financial models, process improvement and decision support for supply chain related activities.
- Involved in formulating and executing on strategic projects in conjunction with the region’s supply chain leadership team.
- Supporting on actual, budget and forecast analysis of cost drivers, including plant costs, logistics costs, other expenditure related to supply chain thereby ensuring visibility and transparency of cost drivers.
- Business Partner with Global Supply Chain Finance to deliver on reporting and analytic requirements.
- Implementing and providing support on detailing and standardizing supply chain reporting across the region.
- Supporting on the analysis of hire stock and non-hire stock capex purchases, depreciation, disposals, and scrapping.
- Lead the Post Investment Review process on key initiatives.
- Provide financial decision support to the Director, Supply Chain, Global Supply Chain and IMETA Finance team around financial statements insights on direct costs and capital expenditure.
- Project manage by leading, managing, facilitating, and coordinating multi-disciplinary resources across the business for finance and strategy related projects.
- Provides inputs and advises on key business assumptions, trade-offs, risks, and opportunities, in relation to the delivery of Business Units strategic plan, budgets and forecast
- Identify, assess, report and support on mitigations for Supply Chain related risks for MENA, India & Türkiye Supply Chain.
- Support the long-term planning cycle and strategy setting within the Supply Chain to deliver robust strategic plans and initiatives.
- Proactively identifies and supports strategic business initiatives and actions to drive Supply Chain performance to achieve forecast/targets.
- Financial support, analysis, and reporting during the S&OP process.
- Provide support and guidance to Finance Analyst and support in career growth / develop.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Finance Qualification
- CA (SA)/ CIMA qualified
- MBA (desirable)

Experience & Skills
- 3 years or more in a management role
- Commercial and/ or Supply Chain experience
- Finance Business Partner Experience
- Experienced in managing large projects
- Experience within Logistics or FMCG industries desirable
- Working with teams remotely, working in matrix structures
- Strong in financial related skills and products, such as: SAP, HFM/ consolidation systems, IFRS and Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Data Analytics, Microsoft Office Products
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills
