This role is responsible for performing FREEZONE HR-related duties on a professional level in the following HR functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment / employment and employment law compliance. The Admin component of this position is responsible for overall front office activities, managing IT, large purchasing requests and facilities and management of the building.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints; and available to help other colleagues.
- Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations
- Managing filing systems;
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
- Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction;
- Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload, often by using temping agencies and implementing training for the team.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing weekly reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
- Solid understanding of federal and state employment regulations
- Conducts recruitment efforts; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program.
- Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
- Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
