**Position Overview**:As a Sales Coordinator at our digital printing company, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and other departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure sales collateral is up-to-date and aligned with company branding.

**Order Processing**:Process and track sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products and services.

**Customer Communication**:Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information on products, services, and order status.
Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

**Data Management**:Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
Generate regular sales reports and analytics to provide insights to the sales team and management.

**Sales Coordination**:Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events.
Collaborate with sales representatives to track progress on sales targets and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

**Market Research**:Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
Provide feedback to the sales team based on market intelligence and customer feedback.

**Administrative Support**:Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the printing or related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- **India and philippine nationalities **are preferred**
