**Shape our training programme**

As a Technical Cementing Instructor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering technical training programs to a variety of personnel working with individuals or groups, teaching personnel how to use equipment and perform to tasks to deliver services at the customer job site or workshop environment

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Providing expertise in analyzing learning needs, designing & delivering training solutions for Pressure Pumping product line personnel
- Delivering technical training for a variety of cementing services but does not include Leadership type Learning
- Training and instructing students primarily in-country, or at the training center and remotely via team’s video conferencing
- Navigating learning manager system (LMS), competency management system (CMS), and other digital management tools necessary
- Interacting with technical training manager, career competency development manager and PL HQ to align on training content and competency assessment requirements as required

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, (or technical diploma equivalent).
- Or +5 years operational experience as a Field Specialist (+FS IV) or senior Operator (+8 years as +FO IV).
- High standards of professional conduct, integrity, motivated, safety and quality minded, positive attitude, takes initiative and good employment service record.
- Ability to travel internationally. Full passport.
- Fluent in English.
