This role is responsible for implementing and managing all HR policies, procedures, practices and initiatives at the Store level, aligning business objectives with employees and management, in collaboration with the Regional HRBP, CoEs and HR Head. This includes assessment and anticipation of HR needs, collaborating proactively with the other verticals of HR function and senior management and ensuring compliance of all HR practices with the relevant country labour laws & regulations and other federal statutory laws & legislations.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
