- Provides proactive administrative support to management with reference to policy enforcement, business advice and operational assistance
- Implements and maintains acceptable accounting practices and procedures as required by corporate policies and procedures, generally accepted accounting practices, and those affected by local conditions
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned and required by Financial Controller.
- Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage and Retail cost and ensure it is within budget.
- Responsible in verifying menu recipe costing before management decides on pricing.
- Create menu retail items, sub recipe items and upload recipes in Navision.
- Update correct selling prices and forward to IT to configure in POS.
- Create menu item modifiers and deals in Navision.
- Conducts monthly inspections and tests to ensure all departments are complying with required procedures.
- Update Vendor contracted prices or agreed prices in Navision.
- Create retail items in Navision, update UOM and purchase prices.
- Create outlets ordering sheet per Vendor in Navision.
- Prepare purchase analysis report and coordinate with supply chain to roll out measures on cost saving.
- Train Store Admins for proper inventory flow from ordering, transfers, proper inventory receiving, posting of BOM’s, wastages, staff meal and food tasting, and daily sales in Navision.
- Assist Chefs, Restaurant managers and Admins anything related to Finance, Navision, Inventory and cost control.
- Conducts and Prepares monthly physical inventory variance report for Candylicious, Spun, Garrett and YL outlets and post in Navision.
- Conducts Inventory stock-take activities, prepare variance reports, investigate and resolve variances together with outlet managers and warehouse manager before getting approval from higher management to adjust variances.
- Participate and assist external Auditors during year end stock take.
- Does monthly system inventory reconciliation and pass adjustments to correct GL codes.
- Prepares monthly inventory report per location and its allocation.
- Update Ethan Allen Open Order Status Report and send to EA Head, all Sales staff, Designers, and Warehouse
- Prepares Ethan Allen delivery forecast report.
- Prepares HS code for EA containers arriving in Dubai Port.
- Update EA purchase order item unit cost based on actual EA invoice.
- Does Ethan Allen goods receiving in Storis for shipments received.
- Prepares monthly back up inventory, aging and inventory by division reports for management analysis.
- Identify EA aged items to sell on promotion, prepare costing and new sale prices to send to management for approval.
- Does recording of write-offs and Stock Adjustment in Storis when necessary.
- Update EA deferred Income report based on the deliveries for the month.
- Reconcile written sales (SO) for the month, advance payment, AR and payments of AR.
- Update EA Goods in Transit monitoring sheet for shipment received during the month.
- Pass JV in Navision for EA’s monthly COGS.
- Responsible in generating inventory reports from Navision and Storis.
- Posting General Journals -Inventory and COGS related entries.
- Reviews Monthly wastage report, staff meal & food tasting.
- Reviews monthly COGS for all AAE outlets.
- Prepares monthly cash count schedule.
- Assist in Annual Budget Preparation.
- Assist with the Year End & Audit Preparation and Procedures.
- Conducts Monthly spot checks on Internal Controls
- Management report to be completed every 15 th of the following month.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED8,001.00 per month

**Education**:
