Construction Manager

Civil Engineering degree with **min 10 years** experience in building construction projects and **min 5 years in similar position**:
- Experience in **Building construction projects is a must** preferably Bridges & Tunnels.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials and project management principles.
- With strong technical knowledge in civil works.
- Awareness and effective handling of client complaints (internal and external).
- Effective management and control of subcontractors.
- Material management and equipment management related to the project.
- Ensure that the project close out effort is well-planned and monitored.
- Assist with client payment demand valuation details.
- Ensure that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified for the project and standard practice.
- Expert in value engineering.
- With good communication skills.
- Preferred - Egyptian & Jordan
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- construction: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Arabic (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Dubai Municipality License Required (preferred)
- Driving License Required (preferred)
