ey Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, check messages and direct calls.
- Greet persons entering organization.
- Provide information to callers; Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- Prepare correspondence, documents & keep the extension list up to date.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries through courier service, company driver etc.
- Arrange for the necessary permit access from our building for any delivery.
- Schedule & maintain appointments.
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
- Supervise the cleaners & office support to ensure that the office is tidy & clean at all times.
- Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering.
- Work cohesively and collaboratively with your team, proactively support and anticipate
areas in need of assistance or improvement and act quickly and decisively to deal with potential problems.
Key Requirements:
- High school Diploma.
- One to two years experience as a Receptionist.
- Hardworking, excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Enthusiastic, Self-motivated and can work with less supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong and highly organized.
- Efficient, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
