It is important that you are driving the company’s vision and understand the bigger picture. Your role will also be to share this with your teams, so they should understand the organization's strategy and their own impact on the company’s success.
- You will support with shaping, influencing, and prioritizing the deliverables required for the team, to ensure KPIs are met
- As a manager of a team, you will also be responsible to ensure that the team are operating effectively and efficiently and that they are successfully achieving their KPIs.
- You will develop the team’s skills through the sharing of your knowledge and encouraging their growth through exposure to new learnings/opportunities
- As the change champion for your team, you will ensure that team are aware of any changes, and that these are understood and embedded across the team
- You will be responsible for the full employee life cycle and ensure that any performance management is addressed
- As a manager, you will be required to liaise with various internal stakeholders in order to collect feedback and take the necessary action.
- It is important that you are in constant contact with our payment providers and financial institutions to ensure we have an ongoing smooth process
- You will be required to prepare and present reports to the management
- You will be responsible for providing solutions in order to improve efficiency and be part of the implementation
- It is important that operations are running without disruption meaning you will be responsible for shift planning with a contingency plan in place.
- You will play a key role in supporting the operations team by providing ideas and efficiency improvement.
