As a Video Editor cum Senior Graphic Designer at Capital Motion, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually compelling content that showcases our food and beverage offerings while ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials. Leveraging your expertise in both video editing and graphic design, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, social media, and culinary teams to create engaging multimedia assets that resonate with our target audience. Your responsibilities will include:
Video Editing:

- Editing raw footage to produce high-quality video content that effectively communicates our culinary offerings, brand messaging, and storytelling narratives.
- Incorporating music, sound effects, graphics, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal and emotional impact of our videos.
- Ensuring consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video content produced for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, promotional campaigns, and events.
- Collaborating with videographers, photographers, and other team members to coordinate the production process and ensure seamless execution of video projects.

Graphic Design:

- Conceptualizing and designing visually stunning graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, print advertisements, menus, signage, and promotional materials.
- Creating eye-catching layouts and compositions that effectively communicate our brand messaging and complement our food and beverage offerings.
- Developing brand identity elements such as logos, color palettes, and typography to ensure consistency and cohesion across all visual assets.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project objectives and develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design, typography, and F&B marketing to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your proficiency in both disciplines, particularly within the Food and Beverage industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, as well as graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey emotion, atmosphere, and narrative through both video and graphic elements.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to editing and design, with the ability to maintain consistency and quality throughout the creative process.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Film Production, Video Editing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
