**Al Wafaa Kindergarten School are recruiting for qualified and engaging Early Years Teachers to join their growing Taaleem Charter School, from August 2023.**:
As a leading education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem has been asked to support the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in their commitment to establishing a “First Rate Education System” for all students.
To achieve this, we seek to appoint inspirational Early Years Teachers to our project which embraces the latest developments in Early Years teaching. We are looking for conscientious and hard-working individuals who are passionate about Early Years education, committed to raising standards and want to make a difference to children and families.
Although we follow the New York State Next Generation Early Learning Standards, knowledge of the American curriculum is not essential, as training will be provided.
**You will**:
- Be a degree level qualified teacher (Primary or Early Years)
- Possess recent successful experience of teaching in Early Years
- Have a flexible approach with a can-do ethos, be driven to achieve results and possess boundless enthusiasm
- Have a diverse set of skills that will enable you to be flexible working both indoors and outdoors
- Be an innovative and reflective practitioner who is keen to learn
