**Position : Bartender**
**Location : Ajman**
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold the company’s standards for quality and presentation, consistently delivering beverages that meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly, following company procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a reputable hotel or resort, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine, with the ability to craft innovative and classic cocktails.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification).
- Additional training or coursework in hospitality or mixology.
