Training and Development Executive-uae National

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Extracting employee data, such as qualifications, previous experience, and the level of current and future job competencies for them, through the human information system to determine the levels of training programs that suit their training needs.
- Participate in the preparation and development of the annual training plan in the office, which includes a set of general and specialized training programs, including the preparation and estimation of the annual training budget in the office.
- Auditing training requests and verifying the availability of financial allocations within the training budget.
- Participate in the implementation of training programs in accordance with the general training plan in coordination with the best training centers and companies and universities in the country and complete the necessary procedures and operations with the specialized organizational units in the office for implementation and follow-up.
- Coordinating and preparing the basics for holding training workshops, preparing requirements for reservations, and being present in training courses to ensure the trainees' attendance.
- Follow up on measuring the impact of training after the completion of each course or training program approved in the general training plan and determine the intended benefit of the programs for the office staff.
- Preparing studies and research with the aim of raising the efficiency and quality of training and development plans and programs and preparing statistics and data for that
- Implement corrective actions related to the results of the training evaluation for employees in the category of "below standard performance".
- Work on archiving all documents and records related to training and development in the office, including preparing various types of reports and indicators related to training and development in the office.
- Any other tasks assigned to him by the direct supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or its equivalent in a similar discipline, or a diploma in human resources or its equivalent in a similar discipline, or high school diploma
- Bachelor's degree without experience or a diploma with 3 years of experience in the same field, or a high school degree with 6 years of experience in the same field
**Salary**: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
