We are looking for an executive in our Medical department to handle endorsements.
Please find below Job profile:
- Checking of Endorsement requests from clients and Processing Endorsement requests under Group Medical and Group Life.
- Maintaining proper tracker for the requests including IIRIS EQ numbers
- Follow up for pending cards, invoices with Insurers on daily basis
- Timely escalations for the delayed cases
- Booking of invoices in the system within 1-2 working days upon receipt
- Updating to the Supervisor for any pending issues
- Good communication skills

**Experience**:
- Endorsement handler with insurance broker: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
- Tagalog (preferred)
