Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions provided by licensed healthcare practitioners.
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients regarding proper usage, dosage, side effects, and storage of medications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prescriptions dispensed and patient information in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure safe and effective medication therapy management.
- Monitor medication inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Provide assistance and guidance to pharmacy technicians and support staff as needed.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay updated on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with pharmacy standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from a recognized institution.
- Valid DHA License to practice pharmacy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist in a healthcare setting, preferably in a retail or hospital pharmacy.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication therapy management, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy management software.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in pharmacy practice.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: From AED10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- as Pharmacist in Dubai: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- DHA License (preferred)
