Key Responsibilities:

- **Identify and Close Opportunities**: Proactively find and secure new business within the IT sector, focusing on CCTV and smart home automation solutions.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications:
**1. Professional Experience**
- **Industry Expertise**: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven sales experience in CCTV, IT solutions, and smart home automation.
- **Sales Achievements**: A record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with specific examples of revenue growth or major accounts secured.
- **Market Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the UAE market, customer needs, and industry trends.

**2. Technical Knowledge**
- **Product Understanding**: Professional knowledge of CCTV systems, IT solutions, and smart home automation components, including sensors and controllers.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software and sales analytics tools, with basic IT knowledge relevant to the industry.

**3. Logistical Requirements**
- **Valid UAE Driving License**: Mandatory for travel within the UAE.

**4. Trial & Commitment**
- **Trial Period**: Willingness to undergo a trial period to demonstrate capabilities before visa processing.
