**Key Responsibilities**:
**Store Operations and Team Management**: Oversee, train, and assist Sales Representatives and Retail Store support staff in customer service, store maintenance, and product promotions. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the team. Ensure optimal staff scheduling during peak hours and special events, managing attendance and leaves effectively.

**Sales and Promotions**: Drive sales growth through effective promotional campaigns and marketing strategies. Plan and execute promotions, aligning with holiday sales and other sales cycles. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective campaigns and enhance the store's visibility, product line, and services.

**Inventory and Stock Management**: Maintain accurate inventory levels, oversee stocking procedures, and implement purchasing plans. Foster relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient stock replenishment and maximum profitability. Demonstrate proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.

**Cross-Training and Productivity**: Implement cross-training programs for employees and Assistant Managers to ensure versatility and sustained productivity. Lead by example, actively participating in sales activities and guiding the team.

**Cost Management and Financial Analysis**: Manage all controllable costs with a focus on maintaining profitability. Analyze financial reports and implement cost-effective measures as needed.

**Store Presentation and Visual Merchandising**: Ensure the store consistently maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing appearance. Monitor and enforce visual merchandising standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, retail operations, and POS systems.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and implement cost-effective measures.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to take initiative and execute plans effectively.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
