**Warehouse Executive** plays a key role in overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory control, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. This position requires strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Implement warehouse procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
- Point of contact between the company and any related third-party agencies, vendors and others.
- Conduct stocktake and ensure accurate inventory levels by preparing inventory reports (incoming, existing, moving stocks, etc.).
- Identify stocks conditions and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Analyze warehouse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
- May assist with hiring, training, and development of warehouse staff.
- Support in any adhoc task required by the management.

**Requirements**:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with supervisory experience.

Proven experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS).

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- business development executive: 6 years (required)
- Business Developments: 1 year (preferred)
