**Key Responsibilities**
- **Identify and Generate Leads**: Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present and promote Haus Techs' services to prospective clients, including maintenance, fit-out, and renovation solutions.
- **Prepare Proposals**: Work with the team to draft detailed proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt sales strategies.
- **Coordinate with Teams**: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of services and timely delivery of client projects.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the technical services or contracting industry.
- Strong understanding of maintenance, fit-out, and renovation services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- UAE driving license is a must have.
- Arabic is a must have.
