Aventi Industries is a well-established manufacturer of FMCG Food and Beverage products. Our plant at Dubai manufactures a range of condiments and sauces, specialty beverages, and powder foods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Active participation in development of production schedules based on order forecast and inventory levels
- Monitor the production progress against the schedule & implement corrective actions to overcome any delays and downtime
- Monitor and control the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with relevant departments across the company to ensure adherence to production schedule and to avoid disruptions.
- Lead process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure adherence to facility wide compliance standards including environmental and regulatory compliances are being met in a timely manner
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices to prolong equipment lifespan, equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Identify opportunities for equipment optimization and automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement operational plans, company policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operation of the plant
- Establish and maintain a robust quality management system to ensure product quality meets or exceeds expectations and regulatory requirements
- Lead efforts to achieve and maintain certifications such as ISO, HACCP, GMP and HALAL amongst others
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of plant personnel, including production staff, supervisors, and support staff.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in food and beverage manufacturing

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in food science, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the food manufacturing industry, with a strong track record experience in Quality and Production department.
- In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality management systems, food safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

**Experience**:

- Plant Management: 4 years (preferred)
- FMCG: 6 years (preferred)
