**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, with a focus on using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator features and functionality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport over the phone.
- Experience working with CRM systems to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or related sales and marketing platforms.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and resources for lead generation.
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator: 2 years (preferred)
