In this position, you will play a dual role, ensuring exceptional patient care through quality initiatives and effectively training staff to deliver those high standards.

**Responsibilities**:
Quality Assurance:
Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement programs to identify areas for improvement in patient care.

Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and potential issues.

Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Prepare reports and presentations on quality initiatives and findings.

Training and Development:
Design and deliver engaging training programs for staff on various healthcare topics, procedures, and equipment.

Facilitate workshops and skills development sessions.

Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet the needs of learners.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to staff.

Stay current on healthcare trends and best practices to incorporate them into training programs.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Proven experience in quality improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
