**Job Title**: Manual Paper Bag Pasting and Folding Worker (Female)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pasting and Folding**: Manually fold and paste paper bags following set guidelines and dimensions.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect the paper bags for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before packaging.
- **Packaging**: Pack completed paper bags into bundles for shipment or storage.
- **Machine Operation (If Applicable)**: Operate simple hand tools or machines (such as glue guns or fold presses) used in the bag-making process.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the workstation clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production goals.
- **Handling Materials**: Cut, trim, and prepare materials like paper sheets or adhesive as needed.
- **Adherence to Instructions**: Follow all specified instructions for the paper bag design, folding, and pasting to ensure uniformity and accuracy.
- **Report Issues**: Notify supervisors of any issues, defects, or machinery malfunctions promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: No formal educational requirements; however, basic literacy and numeracy are beneficial.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in manual assembly work, particularly in paper bag production or similar industries, is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
