We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Business Development Manager to join our team and expand our presence in the UAE market. As a commission-based position, this role offers unlimited earning potential for a driven individual with a strong background in sales and marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals and maximize profitability.
- Track and analyse sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Stay informed about market developments, regulations, and best practices relevant to the business.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the UAE market.
- Willingness to work completely on commission-basis
- Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Existing network of contacts and potential clients in the UAE market (preferred).
- Valid UAE driving licence will be an advantage
