*Handy man who should do all the duties of plumbing, electrical work, ac work either

*Good to communicate

*Repair and maintain washers, dryers, and small appliances

*Plans, monitors, installs and adjusts the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment by means of an energy management system

*Performs installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facility’s cooling systems, Perform any and all duties which may be assigned
