**Responsibilities**:
- To assist fellow colleagues to accomplish various tasks, mostly corporate services related tasks including but not limited to new companies set up, processing administrative company amendments, requesting NOCs/Permits from private & government authorities, obtaining visas, filling out various corporate forms, translating basic miscellaneous documents and etc.
- acting as a first point of contact to GM, dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
- managing databases and filing systems;
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients;
- collating and filing expenses;
- Proactive planning for follow up actions internally and externally with the suppliers and clients;
- Taking notes, preparing memos and act as the secretary in the meetings.
- To manage the schedules by maintaining calendars for the company personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel bookings;
- To complete requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- To offer, prepare and present coffee/tea/other drinks to customers, visitors and the company management;
- To maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies;
- To keep the office equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions;
- To filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining database.
**Mandatory Qualification Requirements**:
- Analytical skills
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Self - driven motivated junior professional. Interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organisational skills, regularly act on own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions.

**Mandatory Language Requirements**:
Proficiency in spoken and written English. Russian is an advantage
**Education & Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree. Degree from top universities is an additional advantage.
- Previous experience, especially in corporate services industry, preferred, but not mandatory
- Previous admin assistant/secretary/personal assistant experience with min. 2 years is an additional advantage.
