**TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for overseeing the production of Arabian Cuisine of the highest standards. All production is carried out in lines with appropriate food control, use of recipes, Radisson Blu corporate guidelines and services.
- Ensure all Arabic Cuisine is prepared authentically, to the highest quality standards.
- Possesses good knowledge in Arabic Cuisine, Food preparation techniques and Restaurant Operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Arabic restaurant operations and food preparation.
- Age Between 28 - 35 years.
- Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
- Good command of English & Arabic languages.
- Able to work under pressure, in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.Welcoming and seating guests
- Taking guest orders
- Communicating them effectively to the kitchen
- Offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.

Working Hours: 8 hours / 5 days a week

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
