**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all customers
- Operate cash register, handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and cashier area
- Assist with stocking and inventory management as needed
- Support with quick food preparation
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista and/or cashier preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
