**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the café.
- Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and monitor order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk, and other ingredients).
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses.
- Assisting HR in hiring and onboarding new wait staff and baristas.
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
- Add new menu items based on seasonality.
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Having 5 to 6 years of work experience as a Cafe Manager in UAE preferably.
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines and other café equipment.
- Good math skills to monitor café accounts.
- Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Customer service attitude.
- Bachelors / High school diploma.
- Sound knowledge about food hygiene and safety practice.
- Well-experience in handling food.

He/She must also have working knowledge of the UAE tax law and compliance requirements, is experienced in working with Tally ERP9 or above and is a person who is self driven, well organized who pays attention to detail.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of accounting aspects like balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecast, and profitability.
- Adroit soft skills to enable fluent in-house operations and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Adept in data analysis, interpretation, and use of modern accounting techniques.
- Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.
- Hands-on experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.

**Job Details**

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
