**Job Summary**:
The Camp Boss is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a camp facility, ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient living environment. This role involves managing staff, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Camp Management**:
1. Oversee the overall operations of the camp, including accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance services.

2. Ensure that camp facilities are well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.

**Staff Supervision**:
1. Supervise and manage camp staff, including cooks, cleaners, maintenance personnel, and security staff.

2. Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations and adequate staffing levels.

**Resident Services**:
1. Ensure the well-being and comfort of camp residents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

2. Coordinate the provision of services such as catering, laundry, and recreational activities.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:
1. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards.

2. Conduct regular inspections of camp facilities to identify and address potential safety hazards.

**Inventory and Supplies Management**:
1. Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.

2. Maintain records of inventory and oversee the proper storage and handling of supplies.

**Budget Management**:
1. Monitor and manage the camp’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

2. Prepare financial reports and forecasts as required by management.

**Reporting and Documentation**:
1. Maintain accurate records of camp operations, including resident information, maintenance activities, and incident reports.

2. Prepare and submit regular reports on camp activities and issues to management.

**Quality Control**:
1. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality in all areas of the camp.

2. Address any complaints or issues from residents promptly and effectively.

**Emergency Response**:
1. Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.

2. Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services in the event of an emergency.

**Team Collaboration**:
1. Work closely with other departments, such as human resources and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.

2. Foster a positive and cooperative work environment among camp staff.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in camp management, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Basic financial and budgeting skills.
- Physical ability to perform inspections and respond to emergencies.

**Working Conditions**:

- The Camp Boss typically works on-site at the camp facility, which may be located in remote areas.
- The role may involve long hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the needs of the camp.
- The position requires physical activity, including walking, lifting, and performing inspections.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,400.00 per month
