We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Spanish Speaker Property Consultant. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, and selling properties within Dubai's vibrant market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in identifying opportunities within the Dubai Market that align with their requirements and preferences.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, prices, and developments in Dubai.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during property visits.
- Negotiate property prices and facilitate the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire buying, or selling, process.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and targets.

**Requirements**:

- Perfect communication skills and presentable appearance are essential for this role.
- Fluency in English/Spanish is a must, while proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Previous sales experience in any field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously.
