**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and update job files with received cargo documents and relevant correspondence.
- Timely correspondence and advice to the client on dispatch procedures and documentation requirements by our office for clearance and delivery.
- When cargo documents received follow up with cargo agent for Delivery Order. Passing Bill of Entry, Prepare the Exit / Entry Certificate and keep documents ready for the Logistics Operations Assistant for collection and delivery.
- Coordinating with all the Operations Departments for vessel ETAs and time of delivery.
- Coordinating Local collection and delivery of equipment.
- Follow-up with all exit point offices for collection of Signed and Stamped Delivery Notes and Exit/Entry Certificates for timely submission of claims to Dubai Customs for deposit refunds.
- Sourcing competitive air and sea freight rates for dispatch of landed items. Submission of quotation and obtaining approval from client.
- Assisting the Logistics Supervisor with the costing for each job file before submission to Accounts Department for final D/A.
- Daily updating of the Cargo Movement List and posting daily updates to All Operations Departments.
- Weekly reporting of Exit/Entry Certificate status and monthly quantitative reporting of spares movement.
- To be vigilant in terms of any Goods being imported into the country on Seamaster Maritime LLC’s Importer code.
- To take over any logistics members job roles over weekend, Sick Days or Annual Leave.

**Salary**: From AED3,500.00 per month

- Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
