**Job Title: IT Executive (Software and Hardware)**

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: 4000AED to 5000AED

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Software Management**:

- Ensure software licenses are up to date and compliant with legal and organizational requirements.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and collaborate with end-users to provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with software vendors to address bugs, updates, and improvements.

**Hardware Infrastructure**:

- Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware equipment including servers, workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor hardware performance and proactively address issues to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute hardware upgrades and replacements.

**Network Management**:

- Maintain and optimize network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure high levels of network security and data integrity.
- Implement network monitoring tools to identify and address potential network-related problems.

**System Security**
- Implement and enforce security best practices for both software and hardware components.
- Regularly update antivirus software, firewalls, and security patches to safeguard against potential threats.
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.

**Data Backup and Recovery**:

- Develop and maintain data backup strategies for both software and hardware systems.
- Ensure the availability of reliable data backup and recovery processes in case of data loss or system failure.
- Test and refine disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in critical situations.

**Technical Support**:

- Provide technical assistance to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with Help Desk or Support teams to resolve escalated technical problems.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of software licenses, hardware inventory, and network configurations.
- Generate regular reports on hardware and software performance, security incidents, and IT-related metrics.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and guidelines for internal reference.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience (X+ years) in managing both software and hardware systems in an enterprise environment.

3. Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (e.g., operating systems, productivity tools, software suites).

4. Strong understanding of hardware components, server architecture, and network infrastructure.

5. Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures.

6. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical support to end-users.

9. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco CCNA, etc., are a plus.
