DESIGNER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for conceiving, designing, and generating creative design concepts for a variety of tasks, such as branding, marketing materials, website layouts, and digital assets. They must transform client briefs or project requirements into visually appealing designs that are consistent with the brand's identity and objectives.
- Create visual assets such as logos, illustrations, infographics, and graphics to effectively communicate messages and strengthen the brand's visual presence. They use design software and tools to create appealing images that appeal to the target audience and convey the desired message.
- Create layouts, templates, and mockups for print media, websites, social media platforms, and other digital mediums. They employ design concepts, typography, color palettes, and visual hierarchy to produce visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project needs, obtain input, and make client-specific adjustments. They propose design concepts, get opinions, and incorporate feedback to ensure that the final designs fulfill the project's goals.
- Oversee keeping brand consistency overall design assets and mediums. They ensure that the brand's visual identity, style rules, and messaging are transmitted consistently across all design materials to increase brand recognition and trust with the audience.
- Conduct research on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to keep current on the latest design tools and approaches. They use creative design concepts and technologies to produce unique and engaging designs.
- To generate high-quality designs that satisfy customer expectations, designers must work efficiently, manage their time effectively, and adhere to project deadlines. They analyze and improve designs, get feedback, and make any required changes to ensure that the final deliverables are of the greatest quality.
- Designers are responsible for producing visually appealing and meaningful design solutions that help brands stand out in a competitive market and effectively connect with their target audience.

DESIGNERS QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience creating branding materials, print designs, and digital assets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and industry best practices.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
- Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and adapt to changing design requirements.
- Prior experience in a design agency or creative environment is a plus.

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
