ONIX ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY is looking for detail-oriented and hardworking **BIM COORDINATOR/MANAGER.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors.
- Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit.
- Manage / Update BIM Project Documents.
- adjusting design templates using modelling tools.
- creating digital simulations of the onsite workflow
- creating and maintaining the project's overall BIM execution plan, ensuring it remains up to date throughout the course of the project.
- transferring information and data to updated software versions.
- ensuring that BIM model parameters are compliant with the building execution plan.
