**Job Description: Figma Developer (5+ Years Experience)**

**Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Position**: Senior Figma Developer

**Experience**: 5-7 Years

**Overview**:
**Key Roles / Responsibilities**:

- Create user-centered designs by understanding Business Requirements, User Feedback, and Usability Metrics.
- Develop Wireframes, Prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing User Interfaces for Web and Mobile Applications, Digital Products and Software Interfaces.
- Create and maintain Design Systems and component libraries in Figma.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Other Designers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with Project Goals.
- Communicate Design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all Design elements and Layouts.
- Convert Figma Designs into Responsive HTML/CSS code.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to the team and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Proficiency in Figma, including experience creating and managing design systems.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with User Research and Usability Testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
