The InterContinental Hotels Group® properties in Dubai Festival City consist of four hotel brands. These include the luxury brand InterContinental, the superior upscale Crowne Plaza, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites and the vibrant mid-scale Holiday Inn & Suites. **A little taste of your day-to-day**
- Prepares guest pressing and dry cleaning as requested in accordance with hotel presentation standards
- Spot and dry clean all uniforms and guest laundry
- Sort articles for pressing into categories and performs pressing function including:

- Using pressing equipment
- Using appropriate chemicals when processing
- Maintain chemical supplies
- Prepare requisitions for depleted supplies
- Check guest items on receipt for damage and record any findings
- Maintains dry cleaning equipment in good condition and ensures regular servicing
- Maintains working area and equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair
- Reports guest complaints to superior immediately
- Complies with Hotel’s health, safety, and hygiene policies and adheres to conduct personal grooming and hygiene standards
- Attends meetings and training sessions as required

**What we need from you**
- Good level of spoken/written English
- Flexibility in shifts & tasks
- Cares for the employees
- Attention to details
- Knowledge about dry cleaning process, chemicals
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Minimum two year of experience in a similar environment (4-5* hotel)
