**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Portal Management**:

- Maintain and update property listings on various real estate portals and websites.
- Ensure all property information, including descriptions, images, and pricing, is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and manage the performance of property listings, making adjustments as needed to optimize visibility and engagement.
- **Content Creation and Optimization**:

- Create compelling property descriptions and ensure high-quality images are used in listings.

- Monitor and analyze portal performance metrics and generate reports on listing views, inquiries, and conversions.

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle inquiries and communication from potential buyers or tenants generated through the portals.
- Provide timely and professional responses to questions or requests for additional information.

- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company’s listings are competitive and appealing.
- Conduct research on new and emerging property portals and platforms to expand the company’s online presence.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of portal activities with other business operations.
- Liaise with portal representatives and service providers to resolve any technical issues or address any platform-related concerns.
- **Compliance and Best Practices**:

- Ensure that all listings and portal activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to online property management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in real estate portal management or a similar role. Knowledge of real estate markets in the UAE is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of real estate portals and online advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using content management systems and data analytics tools.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with property listing platforms (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder), SEO principles, and basic HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- **Personal Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
