Stores In-charge

Responsible for the entire store department as centralized and responsible for stock control on assets and consumables.
- Store-in-charge will be an essential part of cost control.
- Maintain the asset log and give the serial number for the items specifically.
- Maintain an updated master file with all the information, including manufacturer details, item serial number, and description.
- Maintain the log of equipment in and out on a daily basis and ensure the equipment is in working condition before issuing and receiving the equipment in and out of stores.
- Ensure the equipment’s calibrated before issuing it to the technician, and maintain the calibration record.
- Ensure the required PPEs are given to the technician for onshore and offshore requirements.
- Film receipts and stock are maintained.
- Monthly film purchase or issuance.
- Ensure the film consumption record is received from the technician and tally it with the issued, approved, or balanced films.
- Receive all goods from the suppliers and record them in our inventory management system.
- Monitor and take physical inventory on a regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports are filed and stored properly.
- Verify all goods arrived as per the PR, delivery note, and ordered quantity have been received.
- Ensure the received materials are in good condition; if any damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items are highlighted, take corrective action.
- Responsible for the day-to-day check on the materials issued, actual usage on the job, and returns.
- Maintain the storage area clean.
- Ensure the store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and entered into the inventory management system.
- Speak with the operations manager on a regular basis and understand the items required for the operations in the coming days in order to avoid last-minute rushing.
- Fully responsible to maintain an up-to-date inventory record and make sure IN/OUT/RETRUN materials are updated on a daily basis.
- Storeroom entry is strictly restricted and to be locked if Store-In-Charge is not ‘IN’.
- Be aware of the materials required on a daily basis and avoid accumulating dead stock.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
- Conduct an inventory audit once every six months.
- Work closely with the accounts department and purchasing department to order and receive items on time.
- Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee or follow up on the return process.
- Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
- Organizes and maintains storage and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling, stocking, and organizing stock items on shelving.
- Negotiating contracts on responsible terms for pricing and supply.
- Negotiate and compare the prices of different vendors to gain maximum.
- Proper stock registers, including inward and outward.
- Weekly submission of the stock register to the MD.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
